Sizing Guide
Finding The Perfect Fit
A leotard should feel like a second skin, snug enough to move with the gymnast but never restrictive. This guide walks you through how to measure and which size to pick, for both our leotards and our activewear.
How To Measure
For the most accurate fit, the gymnast should stand straight in their underwear or close fitting clothes.
One — Bust
Place the tape under the armpits and wrap it horizontally around the largest part of the bust. Teen bust sizes can change quickly, so re-measure every few months.
Two — Waist
Ask the gymnast to raise their arms, then wrap the tape around the natural waistline. That's midway between the base of the ribs and the top of the hip bone, roughly an inch above the belly button.
Three — Torso
Place the tape on the shoulder, measure from the shoulder, through the legs around the back to meet the shoulder where you started. This is the most important measurement for a leotard.
Don't pull the tape tight or leave it loose, just let it sit naturally against the body for the truest reading.

Sizes are based on the gymnast's bust measurement in inches, e.g. CME 28" suits a 28 inch bust. If the measurements fall between two sizes, choose the larger.

Our activewear is sized by age, with most styles running from age 3 through to adult crossover sizes.

Care Instructions
A few small steps to keep her looking brand new — wash, dry, and store her with a little extra love.
Cool Wash
30°C, gentle cycle, inside out
Mild Liquid
No bleach or fabric softener
Air Dry
Hang flat, out of direct sun
No Tumble Dry
Remove straight after spin, do not soak
- Wash on her own, especially light and dark colour mixes, to avoid bleeding.
- Rinse in cool water after sweat or chalk, and store flat — never on a wire hanger.
- Foiled, sublimated, mesh and wet look finishes? Iron only on the reverse, never on the print.
Please Avoid Traditional soap or lye based detergents — their high alkalinity gradually breaks down print adhesive and dulls delicate fabric finishes. Skip biological detergents, bleach, fabric softeners, hot washes, and tumble drying too. For a gentler wash we love Surcare, Ecover Zero, and Bio D Sensitive — all pH neutral and fragrance free.
